The concert will feature the UCSB Women's Chorus (directed by Graduate Assistant Valdis Jansons) performing works by Orlande de Lassus, William Boyce, Gioacchino Rossini, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and Luigi Denza, as well as the UCSB Chamber Orchestra in a performance of Ludwig van Beethoven’s Egmont Overture. The UCSB Chamber Orchestra will also be joined by the UCSB Chamber Choir for a performance of Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem, Op. 48
