Dancers are going for broke to bring three distinct shows full of high-energy, diverse, and entertaining performances!

On Sunday, June 26, 2-3 PM Moreno will lead a class examining the oral history of masa, walking you through the steps of how it has been made, breaking down the history of this ancient process. The class will culminate in a presentation on how masa is made today, followed by a tortilla tasting for all in attendance.

The Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (CADA) will hold its Second Annual Golf Classic on Monday, June 27, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Montecito Club. All proceeds from the event will support the continued growth of CADA’s Mentor Program.

Braille Institute is a non-profit organization whose mission is to positively transform the lives of those with vision loss. We offer a broad range of free programs, classes and services serving thousands of students of all ages helping to demonstrate that vision rehabilitation is a beginning, not an end.

We serve the community from seven centers, and hundreds of community outreach locations throughout Southern California, and lead popular national programs like Braille Challenge and Cane Quest. Our staff and volunteers understand losing your vision can be scary, but we believe it is not the end of independence, but a new way of living.
