Meow Meow – Postmodern Cabaret Sensation

UCSB Arts & Lectures presents Meow Meow – Postmodern Cabaret Sensation on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 8 PM. Sequins and Satire, Divas and Disruptors: The Wild Women of the Weimar Republic. Named one of the “Top Performers of the Year” by The New Yorker, Meow Meow’s award-winning solo works have been curated by David Bowie, Pina Bausch, Mikhail Baryshnikov and numerous international arts festivals. Her new show – both fictional and real – channels the era’s urgent blend of art, entertainment and winking social commentary.
