The Santa Barbara Maritime Museum (SBMM) is proud to present “Island Visions,” a free Zoom webinar with brothers Jacob Seigel Brielle and Isaac Seigel-Boettner about their “un-textbook” and tome of wonder by the same name. This presentation about the Channel Islands and this special book will take place on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 7pm PT. Undergraduate Student Recital: Hannah Paulus, Cello

Undergraduate cellist Hannah Paulus will present a junior Bachelor of Music recital with pianist and UCSB faculty member Dr. Natasha Kislenko on Friday, November 19, 2021 at 7:30 pm in Karl Geiringer Hall on the UC Santa Barbara campus. The program will include works by György Ligeti, Ludwig van Beethoven, and Frédéric Chopin. Paulus is a student of UC Santa Barbara Professor Jennifer Kloetzel.

Students Junyu Deng, Emily O'Mahony, Julia Ong, and Jay Yin from UC Santa Barbara University Carillonist Wesley Arai's studio will present a recital from the carillon in UC Santa Barbara's Storke Tower on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 10 am PT. Listeners are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit on the grass outside the tower during the recital.
