The Downtown Organization of Santa Barbara’s is pleased to continue the “Downtown Live'' Free Music Series every Wednesday, featuring local bands each week in a casual outdoor setting of the State Street Promenade. While the music is free and open to the public to enjoy, patrons are also encouraged to grab a bite or a drink at OPPI’Z Bistro and Natural Pizza, and L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele. Both restaurants will be offering a special 20% off all pizzas during event nights!

Bring the whole family to enjoy Teaching Artist-led activities in the Museum’s Family Resource Center. Draw interior scenes in charcoal on found envelopes inspired by the exhibition "The Private Universe of James Castle: Drawings from the William Louis-Dreyfus Foundation and James Castle Collection and Archive." Afterward, enjoy the galleries until 8 pm.

Enjoy an evening of free live music along Santa Barbara’s waterfront courtesy of the City's Parks and Recreation Department. Concerts take place every Thursday in July on the Great Meadow in Chase Palm Park. This free concert series is hosted in partnership with the PARC Foundation.
