ParentConnect is a weekly, drop-in, peer support group for parents and caregivers of a tween, teen, or young adult struggling with a mental health challenge. Registration is required. We will follow up and provide you with the information needed to participate.
A group for incoming 9th-12th graders to develop skills for regulating emotions, managing stress, and improving relationships. Group will use coping skills from a variety of different modalities including; CBT, and DBT. We welcome teens with all identities and backgrounds.
