ParentConnect is a weekly, drop-in, peer support group for parents and caregivers of a tween, teen, or young adult struggling with a mental health challenge. Registration is required. We will follow up and provide you with the information needed to participate.

Advance care planning helps identify, communicate and document the health care choices you would make if you could not speak for yourself in a health crisis. Having these discussions in advance helps people of all ages to prepare for unexpected situations so medical providers and loved ones can respect and honor their health care wishes.
