Totally, call a big shop like specialty and have them send out some unlicensed dude with no insurance or workers comp and support the underground economy. Sounds perfect.
JDogg, welcome to the real world. A big shop, or just about anyone with a contractors license, won’t even send out an estimator for a small job. You’d be lucky to get a moonlighter from Specialty for what should be a less than $100 job. For a small stucco job find a neighborhood kid.
