Wrong Way Driver on Highway 101 and 33

Early this [Monday] morning, law enforcement responded to a wrong way driver on Highway 101 and 33.

This was first reported around 2:30 A.M. with a small sedan driving southbound in northbound lanes. Turned out to be a blue Honda Accord first spotted on Highway 101 near La Conchita. Then seen again on Highway 33 remaining in the wrong direction.

CHP set up a break at E. Main Street and the Lemon Curve. Officers were able to detain the vehicle and exit of Stanley Ave.

No reported collisions or injuries. Well done CHP.
