The construction of new concrete guard rails on highway 154 for the overpasses at Primavera Road and La Colina Road have been completed for a couple of weeks.
No construction personnel or equipment are present. The barriers and fencing that constrict traffic on the 154 remain there. What’s up?
Concrete takes 28 days to cure and reach its full strength. They usually test it at this point too, to make sure the materials perform as expected. Important for something like a bridge guard rail.
But, knowing Caltrans…. Equal odds that there’s no reason at all.
2:00 PM How exactly do you know all of that about Caltrans…or do you just like to slander government employees. Maybe quit hiding behind a number.
I backed up Roger the scanner guy for almost 20 years and that he knew me was all that really mattered. As he thanked me often as I could get stuff on my ground plane antenna up on the foothills that he often couldn’t hear. You probably don’t even know who he was. Roger asked me to take it over but I said no. Roger was anonymous too but he and I both know us along with “Ed”.
TAGDES there is no difference between an anonymous number and an anonymous username 🙂
