When Will Hollister Construction Cease?

Does anyone know when the night road work on Hollister near Pacific Oaks is due for completion? It’s seriously messing with my sleep. The first night there was dust and diesel fumes coming in the windows. Now it’s just the jackhammer and other heavy machinery.
