Water Rescue Training Off Campus Point

The Santa Barbara County Fire Department practiced water rescues on Wednesday morning off UC Santa Barbara’s Campus Point.

Public Information Officer Mike Eliason captured photos of Santa Barbara County Air Support Unit Fire Copter 308 along with water rescue firefighters during their morning training.

The training was for certification of Firefighter/Paramedic Rescue Swimmers along with Crew Chief Captain, reports Eliason.
