Walking Route From Primavera to Calle Cita?

By an edhat reader

I am involuntarily on foot and cannot afford a lot of cabs or Ubers or Lyfts, and the bus does not connect these points. I must walk from the Sansum Clinic on Foothill to Calle Cita, which dead-ends east of Primavera Rd. Google Earth shows private property between the two roads, however, there appears to be a culvert or some other concrete passage connecting the streets. Is that accessible for a quick shortcut to Calle Cita, or do I have to take the longer, less direct, less safe route?
