Video of Mail Theft Caught at Painted Cave

Painted Cave got nailed over the weekend.  1:40ish am.  But we’ve got a pretty clear video of the woman involved.

We tried to call the Sheriff’s non-emergency number yesterday and today, but no one was home.

An eagle-eyed resident recognized her from another video posted on Nextdoor from Goleta in December.  A different vehicle, but the woman looks remarkedly similar.
