Possibly a stolen vehicle crashed into the back of Los Arroyos Restaurant at 1280 Coast Village Road. SBPD is en route with lights and sirens, juveniles were seen running from the crash.

One BMJ yellow jeans black hoodie, 2 Male Hispanic Juveniles one with blue jeans and a grey hoodie the other Description I did not catch, and one more female juvenile Hispanic all around 15 years old..the female was wearing a red top and blue jeans all around 15 years old last seen East then North on Olive Mill.. I bet they are near the RR tracks now.
Check the Welfare of a female Hispanic Juvenile at Starbucks in the 1000 Block of Coast Village Road she is texting someone that someone is holding on to her arm and will not let her go…

SBSO notified by a resident in the area that some of the juveniles were seen running into a yard on Olive Mill in the 100 Block the residence in question has an open window SBSO on scene SBPD responding.
Starbucks is clear but last I heard female juvenile might be in front of CVS Pharmacy.
I guess this younger green generation is not giving up driving after all; even if they don’t want to own their own cars or get their drivers licenses.
