Vehicle Collision on the Mesa

A vehicle traveling on Loma Alta in the direction towards Cliff Dr. just after passing Coronel, struck a parked Prius which then hit the next parked car.

The driver reported he avoided a bike, swerving, yet and colliding with parked cars on Loma Alta.
