We need help to identify the woman in the above picture. She’s suspected of committing an act of vandalism on April 18, 2020 around 4:28 p.m.
Based on camera footage on the property, she drove a black Honda Accord or Civic into the parking lot of 203 Ladera, got out of the car, and smashed the front and back windshield of a vehicle in our parking lot. The owner of the vehicle has no idea who she is or what her motive was.
The picture is blurry but she looks to be in her twenties, medium to tall height, blonde hair, driving a black Honda Accord or Civic.
Anyone with information is requested to contact the Santa Barbara Police Department non-emergency line at 805-897-2465 and reference case # 2020-200687.
She will not be ignored!!!!
I assume they showed this image to the owner of the car that was damaged. Correct?
Or you could read the story where it says the owner of the car didn’t know who the perp was. Unless you don’t think that means they showed her the photograph?
She might have mistaken the car to be someone else’s. OR she is just a freak
