Does anyone know what’s going on at Uptown Lounge? (3126 State Street, next to the Tiburon Tavern)
It appears to be closed with paper on the windows but no sign. Anyone know if it’s closed for good or just a remodel?

I believe closed for good, as I was told by an adjacent shopkeeper. We could be wrong but clearly Uptown has been struggling since covid. Too bad. I really enjoyed their game rooms, excellent pizza and tacos, not to mention live music and their selection of tap beer and more. It was the nicest and only? almost-nightclub in the Upper State St area.
Sorry to see you guys go and hope you will try again.
It’s for sale. And they had a break in a few months back with $10k stolen or something. I think it was on Edhat.
