Two Lompoc Residents Arrested During Compliance Checks

On 05/22/2024 hours, the Lompoc Police Department, with the assistance of the Santa Maria Police Department, Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department, Probation Department, State Parole, and the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office, conducted approximately 18 compliance checks on Probationers or Parolee’s in the city of Lompoc.

These checks are designed to ensure compliance to the terms of their supervised release from custody.

During the compliance checks, multiple weapons were located and seized. A male and a female were arrested regarding these weapons charges. There are also several ongoing investigations with suspects still outstanding.

The male is identified as Daniel Esquivel 19 years of age, and the female is identified as Crystal Esquivel 48 years of age.
