Heard some of this on the scanner. Here’s the summary:
Sheriff responded to a reported assault with a weapon against an employee at the Mobil gas station at the corner of Turnpike and Hollister (across from San Marcos High). Suspects, described as two white or Hispanic male juveniles, were gone and Deputies searched the area while issuing a BOLO to other law enforcement agencies. The suspects have not been caught, as far as I heard but hope other scanner reporters will correct me if I’m wrong.
All I got,

I just took my daily walk and saw a lot of graffiti, at the Salvation Army, Evonshire side, went to Mobil, door had been busted out.
Employee said a bunch of kids, trying to get beer, hit an employee.
I know the police were there, last night.
There is a spray can canister, and a mask, on the Salvation Army sidewalk.
Don’t know when the tagging happened?
Sometimes, certain spray cans can be traced to a hardware store.
I don’t know if they have a panic button ?
Do want to know why the news, doesn’t cover this ?
When someone ARMED is threatening YOU with a gun – it’s a GREEN LIGHT to protect yourself.

If the gas station / convenience store owners were armed, they can protect themselves from assault or robberies. Unfortunately, it’s the world we now live in.
Like the guy in South Carolina who falsely accused a kid of shoplifting, then shot him in the back as he ran away?
3:41 (Voice, likely) – A) the Swiss are allow guns, yes, but the store clerks aren’t all armed. B) No cherry picking at all, I just threw out a couple random, developed, nations. C) What is “most of the America’s (sic)” to you?
COAST – no, just this country. Do you think there are armed store owners in England? France? Canada? Switzerland? Japan?
The Swiss are well armed FYI. And interesting cherry picking of countries as in most of the America’s, the entire Western Hemisphere for that matter, armed store owners aren’t unusual at all.
899–the Swiss can handle the responsibility of being armed, not sure why Americans have such a hard time with it.
