Tri-County Produce Real Estate Sells for $9.7 Million

The owner of Tri-County Produce has sold the property where his business sits but has not sold the business. 

Three real estate investors paid $9.7 million for the 1.35 acres at the corner of Milpas and Por La Mar Drive, reports the The Independent.

Owner John Dixon, who acquired the business with his father John in 1985, said the investors were added to figure out the “next best step.”

While Dixon is looking at retirement within the next ten years, he is certain that Tri-County Produce will continue to live on.
