Will we ever take care of the homeless fires we have been Luky you cant sue them for damage like edison/pge
well if the rail road does no effort to clean or manage there property and this is were all this happens what has to happen no responsibility of the land owner and this problem is continental What sue the land owners to make them help. but were do the homeless go its a great mess that needs to be dealt with .All i see is throughout the west homeless are alowed to live on RR property Take a train ride to Seattle there must be over 40,000 living along RR property colecting chekes and overdoesing were is the humanity
I kinda doubt this tree spontaneously combusted. Seems like only two choices to me; either deal effectively with the homeless problem or clear-cut the 101 corridor. Take your pick. Half-way efforts don’t seem to be working.
then where would you suggest they put their belongings? have they been provided with a trash can or a portapotty? Nope. HOWEVER…if you look at the last photo posted, the palm is no where near any tent or camp. It’s on the edge of the road, a simple cigarette flung from a car could have ignited this fire. many of these people are covid homeless…not career homeless or junkies.
