Monday evening between 7 & 8 pm in Carpinteria, does anybody know if there has been an incident or accident on the train tracks? There have been two crawling trains go by tonight. One passenger and one freight. Going very very slowly. I heard that if somebody gets hit by a train, the train will travel very slowly, but this is two trains tonight. I wonder if there is a problem with the tracks.
