Notifying UPRR as it’s near the tracks.
Single vehicle rollover sounds like minor injury.
Female victim went through the fence onto Thomas Ave. 5′ from the tracks, will have to tow back to roadway, then flatbed.
She was very lucky she missed all those trees and ended up into the chain link fence for non injury with transport only for precaution.
