Traffic Accident Near Fairview

There’s a lot of traffic on Highway 101 southbound near the Fairview exit due to a traffic accident around 3:45 p.m. Wednesday.

A man was seen standing on the wall of the center divider on his cell phone, appeared to be in the damaged vehicle. No apparent injuries but a lot of traffic build up in the area.
