Election results are far from done. A very large haul of ballots still need to be counted and that will take days.
1200 ballots in Santa Barbara County are getting a personal inspection after voters made markings that are not understood by the tabulation computers.
The process is called adjudication.
For some candidates who are now trailing, there’s renewed hope.
