The Best Surfer in the Water is the One Having the Most Fun

If the best surfer in the water is the one having the most fun, then Saturday’s “Life Rolls On” event at Rincon had dozens of “best surfers”.

Huge smiles and great belly laughs filled the air as wheelchair bound boys, girls, men and women learned to surf.

3 time World Adaptive Surfing Champion, Jesse Billauer’s “Life Rolls On” event brought out dozens of passionate volunteers who, I believe, may have been the greatest beneficiaries of the event.
