The end is near for Ted Lasso fans as the third and final season is currently airing on Apple TV+.
The hyper-positive American football coach turned British football coach has captivated audiences from either side of the pond. This season we’ll find out if Ted moves back to the U.S. to be closer to his child, will Nate the Great fall from grace and be nicer, and will Roy and Keely get back together? Stay tuned, there are still a few episodes left, released every Wednesday.
This past week the new Netflix show Beef hit number one. It features Ali Wong and Steven Yeun as two strangers involved in a road rage incident that gets way out of hand.
The Night Agent comes in a number two on Netflix and features an FBI agent that’s monitoring an emergency line who answers a call that plunges him into a deadly conspiracy involving a mole at the White House. The premise doesn’t sound interesting to me as it’s like most FBI-themed shows, but I haven’t seen it so who knows?
Third on the list is Apple TV+ movie Tetris starring Taron Egerton and is based on the true story of the truly addictive game. It’s the story of how one of the world’s most popular video games found its way to players around the globe. Businessman Henk Rogers and Tetris inventor Alexey Pajitnov join forces in the USSR, risking it all to bring Tetris to the masses.
Below is the top 10 list as featured on ReelGood.com.
What I’m Watching: Ted Lasso like everyone else!

Ad for AppleTV+? Who cares?
Why is this on Edhat? I thought Edhat was about local stuff.
JaneTV is a local writer who has written a series of columns for edhat on film, television, and the Oscars. This is not her first article on edhat and won’t be her last. If you don’t like the topic, don’t read it.
Sincerely,
Ed
Ah, so I see the Edhat rules include:
4. No discussion of National politics – this board is for local issues only.
But that’s about comments, not articles and such.
And thank you, yes, I did not read the article. Not a problem. I was just asking. No need to be snippy.
Ed has every right to defend his website and the content he posts. What’s snippy was your comment in the first place. Can’t you imagine the thankless job it is to run a website like this and have to deal with the attitude on the comment board left and right, geez.
And I like it!
Yikes. “If you don’t like the topic, don’t read it.” Edhat gettin’ sincerely snarky.
MINI – I think it’s great. So many people take the time and effort to type out comments that are nothing but complaints about an article or a discussion between others. Don’t read it. Simple. Takes less effort and energy to just scroll by than it does to comment and complain.
Love reading these columns to get suggestions for new shows. Did you see that “Somebody Somewhere” is coming back next week? I learned about it first on Edhat and really enjoyed the first season. Thanks!
I loved that series too, glad to see it’s starting again!
Does everyone in Santa Barbara abstain from television and film? Sheesh people with the negative comments.
