Was he driving a white minivan?
A month ago a similar description man driving a white minivan tried to get a 14yr old girl into his van on the Mesa.
And this was one of the issues that a City Council candidate was running on, men taking pictures of children playing on school grounds.
Noooo…….he was riding an electric bicycle.
