Suspected DUI Driver Crashes on Anacapa Street

At 4:53 p.m Saturday, a suspected DUI driver traveling at high speeds crashed into several parked cars then rolled over on Anacapa Street near the Haley intersection.

Female driver in an SUV traveling at a great speed (reportedly over 60 mph) going south on Anacapa Street. Driver ran the light and bottomed out on Anacapa.

SUV was semi-airborne, the driver lost control then collided with a parked SUV on the left side of Anacapa, then struck an older model Toyota sedan.

The SUV began rolling over and struck a third car, a parked Mercedes sedan, with one driver who had just entered the vehicle and had not yet had a chance to engage seatbelts or other electronic safety systems.
