On Tuesday, September 22, 2020, Santa Barbara Police Major Crimes Detectives served a search and arrest warrant for Jorge Payan (age 22).
Payan, a resident of Santa Barbara, was an “Early Release” from the Department of Corrections.
Payan was arrested and booked for felony battery, possession of ammunition, and violation of parole.
No further information is available for release at this time.
