26-year old Javon Matthews was arrested after being wanted for three months on felony warrants linked to kidnapping, false imprisonment, assault, and terrorist threats.

Foot pursuit in the 1000 Block of East Haley, the suspect dropped his bicycle and ran from the officer.
Hope his name isn’t Jack they are going to have to help him off the roof….Roger over and out.
I suspect the suspect was responsible for excessive down voting.
