There was an issue with the 911 system in Santa Barbara Co. for some cell phone carriers. Calls were being routed directly to Sheriffs Office instead of Highway Patrol for routing and proper assignment.

9:19 PM, Blk Nissan Versa struck 5 vehicles on Carrillo St. A vehicle followed, and was able to report the license plate. Home address on file with DMV. investigation is following.

10:09 PM, Calle de Los Amigos. 3 juveniles on e bikes, trespassing pool area. This is an ongoing issue as per reporting party. And, furthermore, in my opinion, yes children are a protected class. Yet, parents let hundreds of these children run amuck every summer on these e-bikes that should require a license. BC of the high rate of speed and danger to others.
