Street Sweeping Cancelled This Week

All residential and commercial street sweeping will be cancelled on Wednesday, November 27 due to anticipated wet conditions. In addition, there will be no scheduled street sweeping on the Thanksgiving holiday or on the Friday after Thanksgiving, per the usual holiday sweeping schedule. With street sweeping cancelled, no street sweeping-related parking restrictions will be enforced on these days.

Does anyone know if the City of Santa Barbara is cancelling street sweeping this week? I assume for sure on Thursday, but what about Wednesday?

  1. I’ve lived in the same house for over 40 years. Street sweeping has happened 3 times. Once was b/c the electric company was pulling poles, once b/c I went into the County Yard and spoke to someone.
