Sprouts Farmers Market is expected to open next week in Santa Barbara on 29 South Milpas Street.

The long-awaited opening is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, September 2nd in the former home of Trader Joe’s before it relocated to its larger location down the street.

This is the second location of Sprouts within Santa Barbara County, the first located in Goleta’s Fairview Shopping Center.

The Milpas Street store will offer delivery and pickup through Instacart, deli catering trays, fresh sushi, and a sandwich bar.

The market is planning to be open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. each day and will follow COVID-19 guidelines with social distancing measures and limiting the number of shoppers inside.

Sprouts has also partnered with the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County who will receive food donations.
