Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to a small oil spill in the Santa Maria Valley Monday morning.
At 11:30 a.m., firefighters arrived at 5080 Black Road at the Greka oil facility. They found a leak in a six-inch line that led to 400 barrels of produced water and 1 barrel of crude oil.
The contents leaked into a secondary containment area and none of the contaminants leaked outside of this area.
Two vacuum trucks were on scene as oil and gas representatives responded.
