Small Brush Fire Extinguished Near Neverland Ranch

A half-acre brush fire was extinguished near Neverland Ranch on Figueroa Mountain Road Sunday evening.

At 6:28 p.m., Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to the 5200 block of Figueroa Mountain Road in Los Olivos with three engines and a water tender.

Crews discovered a half-acre fire and quickly knocked it down. 

There were no structures threatened and the cause is under investigation.
