Driver possibly passed out because her blood sugar was too low. The vehicle came to rest on the sidewalk near the Verizon store on upper State Street.

No disrespect intended when I comment about the photo that includes two PD officers at the scene of the accident. Did the PD lower their physical requirements?
DOULIE: You may be confusing PD with Fire Dept. It’s the FD guys who train, train, train and maintain their fitness.
MINI – Since you are brothers in blue I’ll guess you are jokingly taking a jab at the cops. Both agencies probably train (as required) on the city’s dime. But, as I look at this issue objectively, it appears the FD has more time to exercise while on duty, right? Polishing that big red truck and the pretty lights doesn’t count:)
