Numerous fires reported near 140 S. Calle Chavez near homeless encampments. It sounds like possible arson going on. SB City Fire Department is responding.

The city? Hah, they don’t care about you. Kinda like the orange buffoon, keeping their jobs is their main endeavor.
Your right none of them give a shit.
Disappointing, but not surprising. It was one of the main arguments for district elections, that the representatives would be more involved with their districts. Not so or not very much: Oscar Gutierrez seems very much a representative of his westside district, but the district is geographically small and quite cohesive, unlike the eastside.
If this is the case maybe the city ought to do something about this…

Other coverage of these incidents makes it clear that the fires are not associated with the encampments/warming/cooking. It appears likely there is a mentally odd person doing it. Please be careful in judging the moral worth of the poor when this sort of thing happens.
