I just received a call from an agency posing as Southern California Edison (SCE), claiming that my electricity would be shut off due to non-payment within the hour if I didn’t pay my account immediately. They gave me the following “bill pay” # 800-340-7156. I called it to follow up and became suspicious because I pay my bill automatically online. When I mentioned this the caller hung up. This sounded legit, be careful!
