Southern California Edison (SCE) continues construction on underground utilities for the Downtown Santa Barbara Reliability Project.
Beginning on Tuesday, January 16 and continuing throughout the next two months, expect to see SCE crews and approved contractors on the Anacapa Street corridor and side streets between Victoria and Figueroa Streets.
