Man, the other night I was sitting here watching a show on stalkers and their victims, and the power went out. I was thinking it was going to come back on because it went out earlier in the evening for a second, but it didn’t and I thought might as well go to bed. Everything is old in Santa Barbara, so it doesn’t hold up as well as it should. The powers that be are only interested in making the outside of Santa Barbara look good so the tourists come and blow all their money. The powers that be don’t really care about the year around residents in Santa Barbara. If they did, things would not go out as much. There would be less water main breaks, less power outages, wires arcing, transformers blowing up. If everything was buried, someone else has mentioned that before many times. Mista said that. It’s always band aids, simple fixes, till things break down again. The exception I hope is the Castillo underpass. I hope it stays dry and doesn’t leak anymore. I hope the company used to complete the work is dependable. Everything should be repaired. You cannot have a solid structure without a good strong foundation. Remember that. I don’t know where it came from, must be the weed talking, just saying.

Domestic in the bushes, 914 Carpinteria Street in Santa Barbara, near Rabo Bank. Later on, they yelled at me as I walked by, so I did my Ballistic Belinda on them. She would have been proud.
SBSO responding to Michael’s for a subject with a felony warrant.

Three guys walked away from an accident in the 600 block of West Mission, possible DUI involved.

Structure fire on the Upper East Side, put out by neighbors, residents not home. There seemed to be some confusion on the exact location.
Check the welfare of the threesome; male, female, and shopping cart, at La Mesa Park, all 3 down near the playground.

Juvenile problem at Alice Keck Park, three juveniles picking up turtles there. It would really suck to be a turtle in Alice Keck Park.
Assault at Dunkin Donuts in the 3700 block of State Street.
Suspicious circumstances, open side door of insurance company in the 100 block of West Mission. I found an open door once on this building I used to clean in Goleta. I have always been security conscious. Anyway, I walked in, it was a doctor’s office, no one was there and there was over 50,000 dollars in cash sitting on a desk in there. I found the doctor’s card called his answering service. The idiot got mad at me because he had to come out and secure the place. I called the Sheriff too so I’d be covered in case something weird happened. I don’t remember who the doctor was but I remember seeing all that money.

Quarter acre brush fire, Highway 135 at Highway One.
Medical call for an ill subject in a motel room, Motel 6 4200 block of Via Real.
Burglary to a vehicle, 3100 block of Calle Fresno.
Stingray sting, 1111 East Cabrillo.
Fight, two males in the parking lot of Smart and Final. One was assaulted, so I gather defending himself. Code 2 medics responded.
Medical call, 400 Block of Por La Mar Circle.
Check the welfare of a dog locked in a vehicle, 222 North Milpas, Trader Joes parking lot.
Found property, a backpack, near an elevator, 125 East DLG.
Kid fell out of a tree at Tuckers Grove, injured.

Medical burn from smoking with an oxygen tank, 100 block of Grey Ave.

Beached boat below the lighthouse on the Coast Guard property, two souls on board, no injuries, high tide.
Transient trying to open the door of the Unitarian Church, 1500 block of Santa Barbara Street.
