RogerBy Roger the Scanner Guy
This morning I was getting ready to go to the doctor, getting my clothing on is a chore now that I’m 60. I don’t know about you but I have a rough time. All the pinched nerves, bones out of whack, arthritis and everything else. I get really frustrated with myself, I start yelling cussing and calling myself stupid this and dumb that louder and louder as my impatience grows. I was really angry going on and on. Anyway I guess someone was working nearby and they heard me and they thought I was abusing someone besides myself and they start talking back but I did not know they were talking to me. I hear this “Hey wait a minute you stop that right now HEY YOU!” I never woulda thought it had anything to do with me then someone was walking around my house saying “Hey where are you? blah,blah,blah.” I was still half dressed and did not answer but I was laughing, never did figure it out for sure. After a few minutes I went out and whoever it was, was gone except there were guys working out front. For the first time in many years today I took the bus and it was so much better than walking, the bus driver Jose on the number 2 bus was pleasant, I shoulda took the bus back I was hungry looking for grub, ended up at trader joe’s wish I woulda went somewhere else. I got to go back to the doctor tomorrow so this MTD Thing is going to become a habit.
The other day I heard an auto burg that involved the loss of guns. Why don’t people take their guns in the house instead of leaving them in the car? Don’t be as Dumb as me trying to put my clothing on take the guns out of the friggen car and take them in the house with you. Please there are enough guns out on the streets.
For the 2nd time I wore the Roger shirt. I’m really self-conscious about wearing a shirt with my picture on it, it reminds me of this movie I saw one time where this ugly bad guy had a picture of himself on his shirt when he was trying to shoot the good guys. I think it was one of the Lethal Weapon Movies, the guy was really ugly but it was funny. I forgot about covering the shirt up with another shirt, I got a lot of smiles and that was pretty nice. So I had a good experience wearing the “Roger” shirt I’m still going to hide it when I remember to do so. I can still hear Belinda’s voice saying “There goes his Ego he is going to totally forget who he is now walking around like his head is full of helium .” I still miss my gal Anyway here is your scanner reports.

- Subject waving a phony gun, (I bet he is sorry he did that now) Yanonlli at Quarantina.
- Alert 3 Drill at the Santa Barbara Airport Station 8 this is only a drill.
- Wanted subject was barricaded in a residence in the 3200 Block of Padaro for a bit but they got him out.
- In the 3500 Block of Padaro there was a burglary to a residence.
- A subject in a white Chevy Sierra was doing donuts at Elings Park in the parking lot and possibly drinking alcohol police were called but he was gone before they got there.
- Female refusing to leave a parking lot and smoking 110 South La Cumbre.
- Vehicle vs Motorcycle 800 Block of DLV.
- Water Rescue 1 mile off Carpinteria State Beach, Holly Ave Capsized Kayak.
- 242 Assault in the 800 Block of East Canon Perdido

- 415 Subject was refusing to leave the Deli in the 600 Block of West Carrillo attacked another subject with a broken bottle cut him then ran but was caught and arrested a couple blocks away.
