Well, I have been very ill and have had problems with my asthma. I get really freaked out when I cannot breathe and have to struggle to do so on top of that when I cannot sleep because I cannot breathe. I start slowly making my way toward the edge of the cliff it’s only a matter of time when I jump. Jumping comes in forms of snapping, blowing up, or acting like a 6’6″, 350 pound child, in this case. A child no one feels sorry for, a guy who is 6’6″ 350 pounds and whining, no one especially shorter people they come at you like sharks in for the kill and they have no mercy chomping into your flesh like a double cheeseburger from the Habit. Three times this week I went to Cottage. I was TOLD if I could not breathe or had Difficulty Breathing come back, I did. Sometimes I do what I’m told when I shouldn’t I guess. I don’t think they really meant it, they were just saying it because that is what they say when you leave the hospital.”Ya All come back now, Ya Hear?” Everyone except for me that is what they meant. Now they are going to figure to find something else to say, or read me the 5150 version.

I would really like to take a break from life sometimes, get away, jump in my imaginary car and drive up the coast stay in a motel, go fishing, camping, any of the above. I probably never will as I never have as long as I have been here. I don’t have that kind of money nor do I have a vehicle, in fact, I have pretty much nothing. I was looking in the FREE section of Craiglist the other day and saw the most comfortable looking chair and ottoman it looked like I could just sink into it and sleep forever. I would toss out my bed and put it right in the middle of my room, Joey could even fit on it with me, you can tell I have been thinking about it ever since. Will I have to go to the pharmacy and get some things today so I can breathe tonight and quit bothering other people, in a few days hopefully I will see my doctor and get better. I cannot apologize to people for acting like a whiney BIG child because I’m not sorry. I was sick and scared not all of us are Normal some of us are 5150 it’s up to those who think they are Normal to care for those of us who are not. Anyway maybe someday the shoe will be on the other foot and I will be able to help someone else. That’s my Milpas UNDERPANTS and I’m sticking to them.

• Police were trying to locate someone I don’t want to say where because I don’t like to ruin surprises and I’m not sure if they found the person yet.
• West Main at Highway one Tractor flipped over all lanes were blocked.
• Someone threatened to shoot someone at Starbucks I guess maybe they hadn’t had their coffee yet. Somewhere county did not hear location.
• 242 Assault investigation in the lobby of the SBPD.
• Check the welfare of a residence in the 3700 Block of Brenner drive.
• 415 Domestic in the 400 Block of Guiterrez.

And that was all I got MONDAY.

• Check the welfare of a subject rolling in the dirt Voluntario at Carpinteria.
• Hazard condition Guiterrez at Salsipuedes 3-4 Pounds of orange powder next to a red container in the street.
• Traffic Accident 101 Northbound Milpas onramp silver pickup in a ditch.
• Lewd Subject at East Beach.
• 211 Silent alarm no robbery in the 1100 block of State street.
• Suspicious subjects in reporting parties carport in a grey Jetta couple inside 100 Block of Bath street.
• Stolen auto recovery 3200 Block of State street.
• Back pain from a vehicle accident 1900 Block of Cliff Drive near Rite Aide.
• Burglary First Block of North Voluntario.
• Premises check 3400 Block of Sea Ledge Lane.
• Suspicious circumstances subject trying to lure a  female child into his vehicle 700 Block of East Anapamu, SBHS.
• Doggy rescue 20 feet up a cliff at Hendrys beach 2981 Cliff Drive.
• West Side gang types spotted in a vehicle downtown by police attempted to evade 1600 Block of State street found in the 1400 Block of Anacapa in a parking lot.
• Traffic accident highway 101 North at Bailard vehicle vs bicyclist, bicyclist had a bloody face.
• Traffic Accident Anacapa at Cota vehicle vs Pedestrian.
• Medical call for internal bleeding 300 Block of West Carrillo.
