I’m not sure if this is a scam or if it’s legitimate, but a younger guy came to our door in Mission Canyon and said he needed to inspect our yard and my neighbors for a bird nest survey. He was wearing a construction vest and hardhat and was carrying binoculars. I was on a phone call for work so I didn’t talk to him much but asked if he could wait a few minutes until my call was done. When I went back out, he wasn’t there.
Is this a scam or something that is done through the county? Or maybe SoCal Edison?
