Santa Maria Police are still seeking the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of robbing several liquor stores between August and October of 2020.
On multiple occasions, the suspect entered the liquor stores in Santa Maria, and pointed a handgun at the clerk, demanded money and fled. The last 3 robberies occurred within an hour of each other, on the night of October 28, between 8:43 pm and 9:30 pm.
The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. He is described as having a medium build and possibly in his mid to late 30’s.
Santa Maria Police detectives are continuing to investigate the robberies and ask the public to not approach or contact the suspect if seen. Instead, the public is asked to contact the police by calling 911 in case of an emergency.
