Santa Maria Man Arrested with Firearms and Narcotics

On Thursday, July 20, 2023, at approximately 1:20 PM, SMPD Officers initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Donovan and Blosser. 

The Officers’ investigation revealed the 21 year-old driver, Rodolfino Ortiz Santos, was driving on a suspended license and had five misdemeanor warrants. 

As the SMPD Officers continued their investigation, they also located a loaded firearm and methamphetamine. 

Rodolfino Ortiz Santos was booked at the Santa Barabara County Jail for several felonies and the misdemeanor warrants.
