San Ysidro Creek Bridge Opens to Two-Way Traffic

The San Ysidro Creek (PM 9.6) Bridge has returned to two-way traffic with eleven foot lanes as of Thursday, May 10.  This configuration will continue until mid-June when a project to replace damaged bridge rails is expected to begin.
