  1. It will be interesting to learn what the suspect said when he reached into his waistband and during this incident to classify this as a robbery. To minimize his problems all the boy had to do was walk in, pick it up and leave as I’ll guess this jack sold for less than $950. Then, if he gets caught he’s likely given a shoplifting “citation” and sent home. If a robbery, he faces a felony and jail/prison time. No one ever accused many crooks of being very bright. Karma: The jack is defective and the car falls on him.
