Santa Barbara County Public Works has put together a comprehensive list of road closures due to the recent storm impacts.
Below is the list as of 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 14. The list updates can be viewed here.
New Cuyama
Aliso Park Rd from Foothill Rd west to south and at Aliso Park entrance
Santa Maria/Orcutt
W Main St is closed at the Guadalupe Dunes Park Kiosk
Bonita School Road Crossing
Tepusquet Rd from Santa Maria Mesa Rd to HWY 166 – Emergency Access Only
Lompoc
San Miguelito Canyon Rd at Miguelito Park (Last Parking Lot Driveway) – Emergency Access Only and Essential Personnel Only
Drum Canyon Rd from Hwy 246 at Santa Rosa Ranch mile post 4.2 to south of Centennial at mile post 3.1
Santa Ynez/Buellton
Alisal Road – Emergency Access Only to agency approximately mile post 3.0 due to cattle fencing. Nojoqui Falls Park is not accessible.
N Refugio Rd 4.3 miles south of HWY 246 – IMPASSABLE
Foxen Canyon Rd at Mile Post 2.8 – Single Lane, Alternating Traffic
Figueroa Mountain Rd is closed at 6.5 Mile post North from HWY 154 – Closed to through traffic
Gaviota
Refugio Road from Mile Post 3.5 to W Camino Cielo – Emergency Access Only
Refugio Road from W Camino Cielo to Mile Post 4.3 which is 4.3 miles south of HWY 246 – IMPASSABLE
South Coast Mountains
Gibraltar Road has been closed due 500′ North of the City of Santa Barbara – Emergency Access Only
Stagecoach from Paradise to HWY 154
E Camino Ceilo from Painted Cave Rd to Gibraltar

Bella Vista from Romero Canyon to Ladera Ln
